When it rains it pours. I heard that at a previous agency I worked at. It was regarding multiple employees resigning. On the same day. From the company. Not good.

But it’s important to remember that umbrellas are cheap. Super cheap. And they’ve never been cheaper!

So when it’s raining, when it’s pouring, you can complain about the weather and stand there getting soaked. Or you can grab an umbrella, take cover from the rain and get on with your day. It doesn’t have to be more complicated then that.
